Rob Weseman, Founder of Free Healthy Cooking Classes has been teaching and sharing healthy cooking techniques in the North Texas area for more than three decades. With healthy recipes, quality cookware and a whole lot of fun, Rob’s classes are normally wait-listed weeks in advance.

Rob teaches you how to maximize the nutrition in your food and live a healthier lifestyle, which decreases your chances of developing various diseases and ailments. In each class, you learn how to prepare the dishes from start to finish AND once complete, everyone sits down to an amazing meal together. Oh, and did we mention these classes are free? Rob and team will also schedule in-home cooking classes and demonstrations.

Teaching Our Youth to Be Healthy

We believe children should be educated and taught to prepare and eat healthy, delicious meals. For teens, we offer classes where they can learn to prepare and cook healthy dishes while learning about nutrition. Children live what they learn, teach them in their youth how to heal their bodies naturally by eating healthier foods at home and away from home.
